Development cooperation
Statistics Poland’s international cooperation supports the harmonisation of statistical methods and tools, innovation and the development of official statistics. It is rooted in international dialogue and the exchange of experience, and its importance is underlined by the fact that it is one of the ten Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics of the United Nations. In the face of global challenges, similarities between information systems and the growing importance of data, international cooperation between statisticians helps to better understand the shared context and supports the mission of providing comparable, reliable data while respecting universal ethical principles.
